Job Description: E-Learning Developer

We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Developer with hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, and other e-learning tools to join our team. As an E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and engaging digital learning content. You will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and graphic designers to create high-quality e-learning modules that enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Storyline 360.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Utilize various eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia) to develop multimedia-rich courses.
• Implement instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and objectives.
• Develop assessments and quizzes to measure learner progress and effectiveness.
• Ensure courses are SCORM/AICC compliant and compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Maintain and update existing eLearning content as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eLearning courses.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an eLearning Developer, with a strong portfolio of developed courses.
• Proficiency in Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design and multimedia production.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.

Job Details:

• Employment type: Full-time/Permanent.
• Location: Bangalore (Work from office).
• Working days: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
• Candidate as Immediate joiners or available to join within 30 days will be preferred.
