Sales Development Role - Recruitment Firm (3-6 yrs)

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) 3+ years experience is preferred

Location: Work From Home (WFH) (Remote)

Salary : 80 k To 1.30 L per month (It's depends on skills)

- Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology and AI.

- Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at managing time independently.

- Experience in a remote sales environment and a strong understanding of digital engagement tools (like Zoom and LinkedIn).

- A hunter mindset, with a knack for finding and connecting with key decision-makers.
