Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Content Creator cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for various digital platforms while also designing visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, skilled in design tools, and able to craft content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop original and engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and more.

Research industry trends and audience preferences to produce relevant and shareable content.

Write clear, compelling copy for digital platforms while maintaining the companys voice and tone.

Stay up-to-date with content trends, digital tools, and platforms.

Graphic Design:

Design visually stunning graphics for social media posts, advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all content.

Create and edit photos, videos, infographics, and animations for social media and other digital assets.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive and on-brand designs.

Social Media Management:

Assist with the scheduling and posting of content on social media platforms.

Monitor audience engagement and track content performance across channels.

Adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback to improve engagement and reach.

Collaboration and Innovation:

Work closely with other team members, including marketers, designers, and content strategists, to produce high-quality content.

Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and brand presence.

Bring fresh design ideas that align with the latest design trends and digital marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content creator, graphic designer, or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience with animation or motion graphics.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
