Role Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Trade & Logistics and Inventory Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including full-cycle implementations, and a strong understanding of advanced warehouse management. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Expertise :
- Provide in-depth functional expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O Trade & Logistics and Inventory Management modules.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions for advanced warehouse management.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
Implementation and Integration :
- Participate in full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Integrate third-party applications with Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Customer Support and Communication :
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to users, resolving issues and optimizing system utilization.
- Collaborate with project and service management teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business Analysis and Solution Design :
- Define and document business requirements for technical solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and design customizations, workarounds, or enhancements to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in practice technology and relate knowledge to product functionality.
- Create detailed functional design documents.
Technical Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Trade & Logistics and Inventory Management modules.
- Proven experience in advanced warehouse management.
- At least 2 full-cycle implementations experience in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Prior experience in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics AX/365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and data models.
- Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and customization tools.
- Experience with data migration and system testing.
- Ability to write clear and concise functional design documents.
- Strong knowledge of business processes related to trade, logistics, and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience with related modules such as Finance or Manufacturing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
