Role Description : As the Campus Admissions Manager, you will lead our campus admissions team to ensure a smooth and effective enrollment process for new students. Your role will involve direct interaction with prospective students and their families, overseeing the counseling process, managing admissions events, and maintaining high standards of integrity and experience throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with students and parents to address any unresolved queries post-counseling.
* Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed program information.
* Manage and track a pipeline of candidates who have cleared assessments, ensuring follow-ups and conversions.
* Supervise the complete counseling process including application review and documentation verification.
* Organize campus tours, open house events, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
* Collaborate with faculty and staff to support admissions events and meetups.
* Work closely with marketing, academics, and student services to deliver a seamless admissions experience.
* Maintain accurate records of admissions activities and generate regular performance reports.
Uphold ethical standards in admissions, preventing any inappropriate practices by the team.

Qualifications :
* Bachelor s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master s preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience in admissions or student services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong leadership, team management, and event organization skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to ethics.
