Head - Finance & Accounts (12-18 yrs)

We are seeking an Accounts & Finance Head to lead our finance team. This role requires an energetic leader with exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Location contains: we are considering professionals staying in Navi Mumbai and Thane

Highlights of the Responsibilities :

- Financial Strategy and planning, Budgeting and forecasting, Financial Reporting and analysis, Tax Planning and compliance, Cash Flow and Working Capital Management, Risk Management and internal Controls, Audit and Regulatory Compliance, Accounts Payable and receivable Management, Cost Optimization and Profitability Analysis, ERP and financial Systems Management, and Funding and Investment Strategies.

Skills :

- Team Leadership & Development, Stakeholder & Investor Relations, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Google Sheets, and accounting software/ERP systems.Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.

Personality Traits:

- Energetic, adaptable, capable of thinking on your feet, and driven to make a significant impact.

- Experience: 10-20 years in finance and accounting roles.

- Education: MBA in finance or CA

- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Reporting to leadership

Office time: 10 am to 7pm.

Appraisals Cycle: Yearly.

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday and All Sundays.
