Newen is looking for dynamic go-getters who believe in their capability to create a positive impact and wealth for themselves.
As part of RnD team, you will be working on cutting edge Power Electronics technology for new product development and product innovations. You will be working to develop and test new power topology which are in market or yet to be implemented in market. You will be working on complete system component design which include advance and compact heatsink design & LCL filter for future and present product.

Key Tasks - Carrying model-based development for new product development
- Advance topology selection and its implementation.
- Mathematical calculation on heatsinks, optimization and innovate fan duct calculation, filter design, development
- Creating prototype unit with new technology
- Present product optimization and innovation
- Working closely with the actual assembly team to ensure that product development and enhancement is implemented on shop floor
- Must have knowledge of thermal simulation like melcosim,avid genie, Merson r tool.
- IGBT topology selection ,filter design, loss calculation.
- Experience on hardware debugging and associated tools
- Should have knowledge new cutting edge topology of power converter
- Should have knowledge prototype product development
- Working experience on three phase converters, DC-DC converter
- Strong team player and commitment towards product development
BTech/Mtech in Power Electronics, Electronics and communication, Electrical Engineering
Experience 3-5 Years
Desirable Working experience in RnD and New Product Development
