• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Implement data validation and cleansing processes.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations, performance tracking, and decision-making. Analyze report data to provide actionable insights.
• System Management: Oversee the operation of MIS systems, including software and hardware. Ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and manage system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems. Implement new technologies or process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on MIS tools and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system usage and data access.
• Compliance: Ensure MIS systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain documentation and records related to system management and data handling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their information needs and provide appropriate MIS solutions. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate MIS with other systems.
• Project Management: Participate in or lead projects related to MIS system development, implementation, and enhancement. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide recommendations based on data findings to support strategic planning and decision-making.
