• One point contact for all the development activities between Customers and the Top Management.
• Responsible for APQP for product development from (RFQ receipt) stage to SOP clearance at customer.
• Responsible for PPAP submission and its approval tracking at customer end
• Responsible for successful handover of NPD parts to production.
• To be part of CFT for cost and defect reduction.
• Reviewing the PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction on timely basis.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining documents related to NPD as per IATF-16949.

Desired profile of the candidate
(IN DETAIL)
Should have worked for min 6 years with Die Casting Manufacturing company.
1.Awareness on QMS/EMS practices as per IATF16949 / ISO 14001.
2.Good understanding of APQP & PPAP process and review of customer specifications.
3.Hands on experience in measurement system including GD&T measurement.
4.Understanding and Interpretation of engineering drawing.
5. Understanding of MSA, 8D problem solving, SPC and other Quality tools.
