New Street Technologies - Application Support Lead (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- The requirement is for a Hands-on and minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Application Support Lead

- Communicate with users and other stakeholders for major engineering change and release.

- Participate in discussions to understand clients' needs, requirements, and manage support work requests.

- Considerable involvement in the delivery of fixes and its communication to the application users.

- Onboarding new employees and training them on business and application processes and knowledge sharing with team members.

- Participate in 24/7 on field support, respond to alerts in a timely fashion, escalate issues as and when needed.

- Performing analyses on software application functionally and technically and suggesting improvements.

- Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders and assisting the business team with software demonstrations.

- Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to the engineering team.

- Responsible for assessing customer needs, designing, and testing the software.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven work experience as an Application Support Engineer Lead or similar role

- Extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Superb collaboration, communication (English and Kannada) and time management
