Position : Backend Lead

Location : Noida

Experience Required : 9+ Years

Must have skills :

- Node.Js - 5 Years

- Dynamo DB - 2 Years

- AWS Lambda - 1 Years

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire software development lifecycle from initial concept to final deployment.

- Lead the maintenance and upgrade efforts for software systems post-deployment.

- Oversee the end-to-end development process for software and applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Provide guidance and direction to teams responsible for analyzing requirements, writing code, building systems, and deploying solutions.

- Manage and monitor automated testing processes, ensuring quality and providing actionable feedback to stakeholders during development.

- Evaluate, modify, and test updates or changes to existing programs for optimization and efficiency.

- Coordinate with business and technical teams to align development processes with organizational goals.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, timelines, and budgets across projects.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong proficiency in AWS technologies, particularly Lambda and DynamoDB.

- Hands-on experience with REST API design and implementation.

- Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams.

- Ability to mentor, motivate, and oversee team members to achieve project milestones.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
