Presidency High School is looking for Lesson planning and teacher training to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Curriculum Development: Create, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum to ensure that the content is current, relevant, and effective in meeting the learning objectives. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, or classes, either in person or through online platforms, to convey subject matter expertise and knowledge to learners. Learning Facilitation: Use various instructional methods and techniques to facilitate active learning, engage participants, and ensure comprehension and retention of the material. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and tests to measure the progress and effectiveness of training programs. Provide feedback to learners for improvement. Adaptability: Adjust training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles, levels of experience, and the specific needs of the participants. Technology Integration: Use educational technology and e-learning tools to enhance training programs, including learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia resources. Content Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the subject matter being taught and remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
