Site Engineer & Supervisor (Electrical Contracts)

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee electrical installation work at commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and circuit diagrams.

Manpower Planning: Allocate and manage labor effectively for smooth project execution.

Material Management: Plan and track material requirements to avoid project delays.

Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimation, and tracking expenses.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Coordination & Reporting: Communicate with contractors, vendors, and project managers; prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical site execution.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical drawings, wiring, panel installations, and safety standards.

Planning & Management: Ability to handle workforce, materials, and project timelines efficiently.

Communication: Good coordination skills with project teams and vendors.
