Role & responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Provide callers with accurate information and resolve inquiries or issues when possible

Ensure all calls are logged in the system and follow up as needed.

Ensure accurate data entry for tracking and reporting purposes.

Assist team members in managing workload during peak call periods.
