Job Description: Receptionist cum Telecaller

Location: Dudulgaon (Moshi-Alandi road

Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Salary: 12000-15000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-office operations and handle Tele-calling responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist walk-in clients/visitors professionally.
• • Call Handling: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• • Telecalling: Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule site visits.
• • Customer Service: Address client queries and guide them about projects and services.
• • Data Management: Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and site visits in CRM software.
• • Office Support: Coordinate with the sales team and assist in administrative tasks.
• • Appointment Scheduling: Organize meetings and manage calendars for senior staff.

Key Skills Required:

• • Excellent verbal communication (English, Marathi, Hindi)
• • Customer handling and lead generation skills
• • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
• • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• • Pleasing personality and professional behavior

Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

Work Timings: 10am - 7pm
