Production Supervisor Automatic Brick Manufacturing Cyprus-Europe

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a brick manufacturing factory, and the ability to adapt to the role and learn quickly is of utmost importance.

The Position offered is in CYPRUS -Europe.

Role & responsibilities

Manufacturing Company which specializes in brick manufacturing.

• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA
• Strong background knowledge in computer usage, as the role requires learning and operating a specialized program.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• The worker will primarily be seated at a computer, although more job-specific details will be provided during the interview by the client.
• Quick learning and adaptability are critical, as the worker must independently manage the position after the training period.
• The role involves working six days a week, with 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM).
• There will also be one night shift per week, with details to be discussed during the interview.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with Basic Education in Electrical /Mechanical/Production / Operation's and Maintenance
• Atleast 2-7 Years in managing Production facilities in India or Abroad
• Basic Communications in English and Knowledge of Computers & Factory Automation

Perks and benefits

Salary and Progression:

• The starting gross salary is Euro 1000 ( INR 95,000/- per month ) during the training period until the worker can perform independently.
• If the worker demonstrates competence and progresses to managing the role independently, the salary may increase by Euro 300. ( INT 30,000/- )
• Accommodation is provided at the factory, including electricity and hot water.
• Food expenses are the responsibility of the worker, but a supermarket is conveniently located nearby.
• The employer provides a bicycle for transportation.
