Role & responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Flexo/offset Printers and machinery Operators to join our production team in Nicosia. These roles are essential to ensure the quality and efficiency of our packaging operations, meeting both client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

For Flexo/Offset printers:

• Operate and maintain flexographic or offset printing machines.
• Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality printing for food-safe packaging
• Troubleshoot printing issues and maintain machine efficiency

For Food packaging machinery operators:

• Set up, operate and maintain food packaging equipment i.e production of paper cups, paper bags etc
• Monitor machinery performance and address issues to minimize downtime
• Ensue compliance with food safety and quality standards during production

Preferred candidate profile

For Flexo/Offset printers:

• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Proven experience with flexographic or offset printing machines
• Knowledge of color management, pre-press setup and troubleshooting

For Food packaging machinery operators:

• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Hands-on experience with packaging equipment in a food production environment
• Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential for both roles
