Senior KAM / Senior Key Account Manager

We are a dynamic sales team from Ukraine operating in India, dedicated to selling our popular energy drink brands, NonStop and Drive.

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Key Account Manager to join our team and elevate our sales strategies to new heights.

Main Responsibilities:

• Growth of sales volume, market share, representation, and distribution level.
• Improvement of commercial terms with entrusted networks.
• Planning, implementation, and analysis of trade marketing activities.
• Understanding, supporting, and implementing the company's strategy within entrusted clients.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the commercial model of cooperation with clients.
• Strategic planning, formation of a commercial terms model, conducting negotiations at different levels, and signing commercial agreements.
• Building effective partnerships with the management of key accounts.
• Coordinating the work of a team of two supervisors, ensuring their professional development and increasing process efficiency.
• Creation of analytical reports to support decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and optimize costs.
• Focus on category growth and gaining a competitive advantage in market share and shelf space.

Profile of a Successful Candidate:

• Higher education, preferably with an additional degree in economics.
• Experience with Reliance Retail for at least 2 years.
• At least 2 years of experience as a KAM in an international or large national company.
• Experience in strategy creation and SKU launches.
• Strong skills in using analytical tools.
• Proven experience in successful negotiations and building effective business processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• High presentation and communication skills.
• Motivated, results-oriented professional.
