Junior Business Analyst

• Role & responsibilities
• Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Help document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and business teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize business operations.
• Support communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations, and project deliverables.
• Assist in the development of test cases and support the testing phase to ensure the quality and accuracy of business solutions.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Analyst with experience in banking solutions, particularly the Finacle platform, and risk management. As part of our team, you will assist in identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of technology solutions to improve our clients' operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of projects.
