Technical Project Manager - AI related projects in Indian Army

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields. Served as Short Service Commission officer (Officer Cadre) from Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force. Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science concepts to engage meaningfully with technical teams. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of inspiring confidence and driving collaboration. Strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex, high-impact projects. Demonstrated experience in defence operations and technical project leadership. Based in Delhi or willing to relocate to Delhi to meet onsite operational requirements. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of a scalable AI platform tailored to defence applications, ensuring seamless integration of AI services with military systems. Manage projects end-to-end by preparing comprehensive documentation, fostering effective stakeholder communication, managing resources, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints. Collaborate with military stakeholders to deeply understand operational requirements and maintain clear, consistent updates to ensure alignment at every phase of the project. Work closely with technical leads across Data Engineering, Data Science, and Software Engineering to ensure project goals are met, while upholding military-grade security standards. Inspire and guide diverse teams, fostering collaboration and innovation through clear communication, productive meetings, and results driven mindset. We are seeking an inspiring and accomplished leader to serve as the Project Manager for AI-related projects.
