Lead Infrastructure and Hardware Specialist

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA, RHCE, etc.) are a plus. Experience: 3-7 years in infrastructure engineering, hardware systems, or cloud computing. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, storage solutions, and virtualization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Hardware Proficiency: Experience with GPUs, TPUs, high-performance computing (HPC), and data centre infrastructure. Cloud & Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with scripting for infrastructure automation. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale AI-driven infrastructure. Infrastructure Architecture - Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure hardware and cloud-based solutions. Hardware Optimization - Manage and optimize GPUs, CPUs, and networking components for high-performance AI workloads. Cloud & On-Prem Management - Deploy, monitor, and maintain hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem servers). Automation & Scripting - Develop automation tools using Python, Bash, or Terraform for seamless operations. Security & Reliability - Implement best practices for infrastructure security, uptime, and scalability.
