Role & responsibilities

1. Ensuring the smooth shift operations without any work delays.
2. Preparation of validation of areas and equipment as per the prescribed schedules.
3. Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedules and execution as per the procedures.
4. Preparation of Validation schedules and execution as per the procedures.
5. Preparation of Master equipment lists in the plant as per the procedures.
6. Preparation of plant and equipment layouts, Block layouts, site layouts and P&IDs for the documentation requirements.
7. Calibration of storage tanks and certification as per the schedules and statutory requirements.
8. Execution of ISO 9001, cGMP & ICH Q7A guidelines.
9. Updation of history cards & preventive maintenance records.
10. Ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance of water systems.
11. Ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance of HVAC systems.
12. Supervision of preventive maintenance of process and utility equipment as per the schedules.
13. Supervision of preventive maintenance / maintenance works of water systems.
14. Supervision of all maintenance works in shifts.
15. Inspection of the equipment / materials received at engineering stores.
16. Verification of quantity and quality of works done by all contractors.
17. Ensuring the usage of safety gadgets by work force.

Ensuring work permits raised for Hot work, work at height, vessel entry, general work permits
