We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.

We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Executive to join our QR-Sound Box team. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing their expertise and knowledge to drive our company's growth. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous process improvement.

Job responsibilities:

Client and Vendor Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (Banks) and vendors.
• Effectively handle client complaints and monitor resolution processes.

Mail and Inventory Management:

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
• Overseeinventory management to ensure availability and timely delivery.

MIS and Reporting:

• Prepare and manage various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports as required, both internally and externally.

Team Collaboration:

• Support the operation team, including back-end executives and team leaders.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve operational excellence.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement existing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to work smoothly under pressure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

What are we looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in client and vendor management.
• Handle the calls which are getting from bank for soundbox related issue on toll free, action & follow up the tickets which raised by bank
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree (in any field)

Total Experience - 1 to 3 years

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement 5 days working from office (alternate Saturday working)
