NPST - Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (5-10 yrs)

Job responsibilities :

Graphic Design :

- Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects (presentations, brochures, events, outdoor advertisements, marketing materials, web graphics, social media assets, and more.

Creative Leadership :

- Lead, inspire, and elevate designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Project Management :

- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from initial ideation to final execution.

- Provide art direction, creative guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to brand standards.

Art Direction :

- Set the artistic direction for projects, including visual style, imagery, and overall aesthetics.

- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

- But also find opportunities to break the rules.

Quality Assurance :

- Review and refine designs, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with project goals before final delivery.

Market Awareness :

- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies, integrating innovative ideas into design concepts to keep our visual communication fresh and impactful.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with marketing managers, and other team members to integrate design with content, messaging, and marketing strategies.

- Present design concepts and ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.

Professional Development :

- Continuously improve your design skills and industry knowledge, sharing insights with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.

Design Quality Control :

- Maintain high design standards and review design work to ensure it meets these standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

- Must have package design experience with hands-on skills, knowledge of packaging structures.

- Brand Consistency Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging.

Trend And Technology Awareness :

- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions.

Design Execution :

- Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, packaging, and website elements.

- Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs.

Video Production :

- Create short, animated product videos Video/motion graphics experience is valuable (After Effects, Premiere)

Software Expertise :

- Adherence to Deadlines : Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within specified timelines.

- Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback and revisions into your work to meet the project's requirements and goals.

What are we looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.

- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere

- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers

- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with design trends

- Previous experience of working in a Fintech or B2B software products company
