Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance. Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, IPsec, NAT, PAT, QoS, SNMP, and advanced routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, PIM, RIP, etc. Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, from leading vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, and Nokia. Proficiency in IPv6 design, deployment, and migration strategies. Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and analysis using tools like Nmap, Wireshark, SolarWinds, or equivalent solutions. Implement and manage SD-WAN technologies to optimize branch connectivity. Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware NSX, Hyper-V, or Cisco ACI to support virtualized networking environments. Automate repetitive network tasks using tools like Ansible, Python scripting, hping3, or Terraform. Configure and manage AAA services using RADIUS or TACACS+ for secure user authentication and authorization. Support and troubleshoot cloud networking in environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Document network designs, configurations, and processes for effective knowledge sharing and compliance. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B. Tech) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or an equivalent field. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in network engineering roles. Certifications: o Mandatory: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent professional certifications. o Preferred: Cybersecurity certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
Proficient with Kali Linux and its built-in networking tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaborative teamwork.
