Job Role : Senior Java Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Experience Required : 5+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate within a team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native Java applications.

- Lead development efforts, contributing to the architecture and best practices for building secure and efficient software solutions.

- Develop server-side Java or Netty applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Reactor-Core.

- Work with cloud technologies, preferably AWS (e.g, Kubernetes, Fargate, S3, MKS, Lambda).

- Design and implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.

- Ensure data security and manage PII/secure/sensitive data effectively.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD processes using tools like CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.

- Develop systems that are easily monitored at both system and business operations levels.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

- Adapt to new technologies and methodologies, demonstrating flexibility across various projects.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of software development experience, including leading development efforts or contributing to architecture.

- Hands-on expertise in server-side Java development and mainstream frameworks (e.g, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL data management.

- Familiarity with asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or NATS.

- Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven techniques, and data pipelines.

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and managing sensitive data.

- Demonstrable experience with CI/CD processes and testing frameworks.

- Solid understanding of design principles, patterns, and unit testing.

- Proven ability to manage and adapt to dynamic environments and multiple projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Gen-AI tools and LLM (Large Language Model) development.

- Familiarity with SDLC processes and best practices.

Educational Qualifications :

- Master's in IT, Computer Science (ME/MCA/MSC-IT) or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science (BE/BCA).
