Homologation & Test Manager (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the necessary test strategies.
• Plan and coordinate the test activities.
• Dynamic adaptation of the test content based on the regular software releases.
• Actively collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure products are designed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of necessary documentation for Homologation
• Contribution to a continuous improvement process.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive embedded system testing with at least 5 years as Test Manager, preferably in ADAS projects
• Strong experience in the Homologation of Automotive Electronic Components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
• Proactive and independent way of working.
