Business Analyst

• 2+ years experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management
• Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
• Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences
• Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagrams
• Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements
• Solid skills effectively managing multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Capacity to work closely with the development team and speak "their language"
• Ability to estimate work effort at project initiation stage as well as project milestones for business analysis/development activities with progressively improved variance to actual effort as scope and requirements are refined.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT/Computers.
• Good Knowledge in software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, and documentation)
• Strong knowledge or Expertise in Following Technologies: 1.Web Technologies: (CMS, SQL Server) 2.Open source Technology: Core PHP 3.CMS (WordPress, Magento, Shopify), Ecommerce, MySql database 4.Mobile Technologies: iOS, Android
• Expertise in Test Driven Development and Testing Automation
• Proven track record of delivering high volume, transaction based systems
• Strong object oriented analysis and design skills
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal
• Adaptable to a business environment with fast changing requirements and priorities
• Desire to learn new skills and improve.
