Job Description
- Looking for a self-driven individual who is quick learner with good analytical skills and demonstrates ownership;
- Bachelor s degree in Comp science, IT, Electronics/telecommunications;
- 10 - 14 years experience as Lead Dev in Java; Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Development and Support
- Excellent command over Java SE ,Spring Boot,Microservice AND Cloud exposure
- Experience in Leading a Team
- Experience in Java EE, Web Services, JMS, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, XML/XSLT, JAXB, UML, Linux OS is a plus;
- Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GWT) is a plus;
Knowledge of third party test controllers. Test automation suites is a plus;
Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools;
Good technical English verbal/writing skills;
Ability to learn new technologies on the fly.
- Development ,Support and Maintain Netcracker OSS product portfolio
- Provide expertise and best practices on functional and non-functional aspects of development and implementation projects
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and detailed requirements
- Integrate of all parts of the solutions and performing Integration testing
- Support Release Management and Deployment of solution
- Ensure proper design, implementation and testing for change requests
- Track, analyze, triage, debug and resolve the product issues
- Prioritize and analyze risks with issues logged, replicate and actively escalate where required.
- Drive issues to closure through interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, by determining best course of action.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies based on organization needs.
- Ensure all tickets meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion.
