Job Title : Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, IAM, Route 53, etc.) and proficiency in infrastructure as code (e., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Sumo Logic, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar for application performance monitoring and alerting.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e., Python, Bash) to build and maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and application data issues.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).

Key Skills :

- Manage and optimize data streaming and API components in OpenShift On-premise and AWS.

- Proactively review the application's APIs and processes to identify opportunities to optimize the response times for various application component

- Automate various types of testing including data quality checks, automate delivery to production, and automate deployment for production.

- Integration Development : Develop integrations between the application in On-premise and AWS and our third party tools (ServiceNow, VersionOne, Sumo).

- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Actively monitor and lead troubleshooting of degraded performance and hard-to-define issues for the platform applications, develop solutions, and document artifacts in the backlog from root cause analysis.

- Evolve the cloud infrastructure ecosystem for our application suite by experimenting with emerging technologies and completing prototypes to understand benefits.

- Design and develop CI/CD pipeline to deploy various application artifacts, including APIs and Data Process Jobs.

- Analyze, design, and develop the artifacts to configure the monitoring and alerting metrics so the support engineers can proactively and timely validate, troubleshoot, and resolve the issues.
