We are looking for a creative individual to handle customer escalations on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will manage sensitive issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience through timely and professional responses.

Location Noida, Sector 62
Days of working 5 Days a week / Rotational off and shifts
Remuneration: Up to 3.25 LPA +PLI + Night shift allowances +Medical Insurance
Qualification Graduation is Mandatory
Experience - Min 1 Year Experience in customer service, handled social Media Escalations on linkedin, Facebook, Instagram current or previous.
CTC Per Annum - Up to 3.25LPA
Knowledge & Skill:
Pre-requisite: Proficiency in business writing skills.
Creative thinking in crafting responses
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling customers queries on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
Handling customers escalations/grievances.
Handling social media escalations on social media platforms.
Providing resolution to the customers.
