We are expanding our team and looking for smart individuals to join our Telecom process in operations - customer Support (Chat Process)

Job Title/ Designation - Sr. Customer Service Associate - Chat/Social Process

Process - Telecom

Location Noida, Sector 62

Days of working 5 Days a week / Rotational off and shifts

Remuneration: Up to 3.25 LPA +PLI + Night shift allowances +Medical Insurance

Qualification Graduation is Mandatory

Experience - Min 1 Year Experience in customer service ,handled chats current or previous.

CTC Per Annum - Up to 3.25LPA

Knowledge & Skill:

Pre-requisite: Proficiency in business writing skills.

Hands on experience in handling Chats

Experience:

Relevant Experience in call center, Service/Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct customer care interactions in chat is a must.

English language is essential to maintain the desired service posture on these service segments/queues and hence conforming to the prescribed proficiency levels is a mandate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling customers queries on chat / social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

Handling customers escalations/grievances.

Handling social media escalations on social media platforms.

Providing resolution to the customers.
