Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Morpheus Support Engineer to join our support team. The engineer will be responsible for administering, operating, and managing Morpheus platforms to deliver top-tier services to global customers. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and configure Morpheus infrastructure.
• Manage identity and access controls within Morpheus.
• Implement and oversee Morpheus provisioning concepts.
• Manage and optimize multi-tenant models for platform scalability.
• Enhance and maintain Morpheus self-service capabilities.
• Develop and manage Morpheus App and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Blueprints.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues using App Monitors.
• Manage Morpheus Plans, pricing models, and cost optimization features.
• Ensure consistent delivery in a 24/7 operational environment while adhering to SLAs.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 510 years of experience in an Enterprise Managed Service environment.
• Certification: Morpheus Certified Administrator (latest track) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 operational setup.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Morpheus infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Morpheus provisioning, identity, and access management.
• Expertise in multi-tenant models and self-service functionalities.
• Knowledge of Morpheus App and IaC Blueprints development and optimization.
• Experience in application monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Morpheus Plans, pricing structures, and cost management.
