Responsibilities:

• Tandoor Cooking: Assist in preparing and cooking tandoori items such as naan, roti, kebabs, and other traditional dishes. This includes managing tandoor heat levels and marinating meats and vegetables with authentic flavors.
• Indian Cuisine Preparation: Support in preparing popular Indian dishes, including basic curry bases, gravies, and sauces, under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, prepare marinades, and handle other ingredient preparation tasks essential for Indian cuisine.
• Grilling and Frying: Assist with grilling and frying items as per Indian culinary techniques, ensuring dishes are cooked to perfection.
• Plating and Presentation: Help with plating dishes in an appealing and consistent manner according to restaurant standards.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all equipment and work areas are sanitized.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients as needed.
• Learning and Skill Development: Follow recipes and cooking techniques provided by senior chefs to enhance culinary skills in Indian cuisine.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of restaurant-based cooking and food preparation is mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and work hard.
• Good teamwork and attitude.
• Previous kitchen experience is a must
