Job Description
- Build and Manage Supply Ecosystem: Own senior level supplier relationships, expand volume potential by building a resilient and cost competitive supply chain while enhancing Neste s market positioning.
- Develop Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement sourcing strategy for the region, aligning Regulatory and Sustainability agenda along with global feedstock strategy.
- Cost Competitiveness: Optimizes overall logistics options and negotiates favorable contracts, reducing costs and improving profitability and EBITA optimization through strategy execution.
- Drive Market Advantage: Provide market analysis, identify trading opportunities, and promote sustainability within the supply chain. Develop tools and share information on market intelligence that impact directly or indirectly the feedstock sourced in India.
- Operational Excellence: Lead Supplier Negotiations, close collaboration with Feedstock lead on book, drive cross-functional projects and contracts execution.
- Feedstock Development: Secures a diverse feedstock supply chain, crucial for Nestes business model balancing the need to ensure a consistent supply of feedstock with the requirement to optimize costs and maintain sustainability standards in a dynamic market environment.
- Enhances Nestes market positioning by building strong supplier relationships and identifying new trading opportunities.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in business, engineering, environment, or similar field
- 8-10 years experience in procurement or biofuel feedstock supply/trading (Oil seed commodity markets knowledge a plus).
- Proven track record in business models, partnerships and supply chain management.
- Influential leader with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable, flexible and self-directed with strong leadership presence
- Exposure to physical logistics, regulatory sustainability concepts.
