About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Resale team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in client interactions, have strong communication skills, and are adept at managing the end-to-end property sales process. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the local real estate market, a passion forclosing deals, and established networks with channel partners to generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Show properties to buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored property options.

- Build trust with clients through a consultative sales approach and address their queries effectively.

- Manage the sales process end-to-end, from property visits to negotiation and closing.

- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure timely deal closures.

- Leverage, build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to source quality leads

- Stay updated on local real estate trends and market opportunities.

- Cultivate lasting client relationships, offering ongoing support, advice, and post-sale assistance to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in sales in the residential real estate or resale sector.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
