Senior React Developer || Immediate joiner || Ness Digital Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient React applications.
• Implement state management, routing, and styling using Material-UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to the technical growth of the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in React development.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals, state management, context providers, routing, and styling using Material-UI.
• Nice to have: Understanding of AngularJS 1.x and the ability to navigate through code.
• Desirable: Experience working with micro frontends using Webpack Module Federation.

Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Experience with UI design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex user interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new skills quickly.
• Passion for staying current with emerging trends in web development.
