Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Professional to lead our credit risk management projects. This role involves overseeing the implementation of IFRS 9 models, managing credit risk projects, validating policies and models, and providing strategic guidance on risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- IFRS 9 Implementation: Lead the implementation of IFRS 9 models in compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Project Management: Oversee credit risk projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Model Validation: Validate credit policies and models for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Risk Strategies: Develop and enhance statistical models for ECL, PD, LGD, and EAD.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Process Improvement: Create and circulate SOPs, develop new methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Client Communication: Articulate issues and provide solutions clearly to clients and senior analysts both verbally and in writing.
