Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention.
  
• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across various industries (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare) for IT services & consulting solutions.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure seamless delivery of projects and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
