We have an exciting and urgent opportunity for a Java Architect role with a focus on a critical Banking Payment Gateway Project at NeoSoft, a CMMI Level 5 organization. This project is not just a job it's a vital initiative that will shape the future of digital banking solutions!

Position: Java Architect (10+ Years)

Location: Navi Mumbai, CBD Belapur

Domain: Banking (Payment Gateway Project)

Note: Working on 1st and 3rd Saturdays aligns with banking norms.

Responsibilities

1. Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the architecture of scalable and secure banking applications, focusing on payment gateway solutions.
2. Technology Stack Mastery: Utilize expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, REST API, Oracle SQL, and AWS cloud-native architectures.
3. Security Standards: Ensure adherence to banking security standards, including OAuth2 and JWT protocols.
4. Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers to foster growth and align with project goals.

Must Have

1. Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Java development and architecture, particularly within the banking domain, emphasizing payment gateways.
2. Technological Proficiency: Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Innovative Thinking: Proven ability to devise innovative solutions for complex banking challenges.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural decisions with business objectives.
