Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive with at least 1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, and maintaining compliance with all statutory regulations in India. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and net payouts.
  • Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure correct payroll inputs.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll, including EPF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
  • Prepare and submit necessary returns and reports to government authorities on time.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, including personal details, salary information, and statutory deductions.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, salary slips, and tax deductions.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting:
  • Perform payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy in monthly payroll processing.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as required.
  • Salary Disbursement:
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Prepare bank transfer requests for salary payments.
  • Compliance with Company Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to the companypayroll policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with changes in labour laws and payroll practices.
  • Employee Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances related to payroll and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably in an Indian company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliances related to payroll.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills for
