Level-1: Entrepreneur Trainee (Learn and Master Credit Cards and Loans Sales)

Level-2: Team Lead (6 months) (Learn Team Building & Team Management)

Level-3: Assistant Manager (8months) (Learn Recruitment & Business Operations)

Level-4: Entrepreneur - BE YOUR OWN BOSS (12 months)

Key Responsibilities before Entrepreneurship:

• Engage with potential customers in Corporate and Government offices to promote banking products - especially credit cards.
• Build relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Managing and building a Team.

As an Entrepreneur, You Will:

• Run your own independent office and manage business operations
• Oversee accounts, finance, and budgeting for your business unit
• Hire, train, and lead your own sales team
