Datascience Engineer

We are seeking a talented fresher Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive insights and optimize various aspects of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models, enhance data-driven strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:
Extract insights and develop solutions that address complex challenges in the e-commerce domain.
Apply strong machine learning and statistical fundamentals to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of production-level machine learning systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Familiarity with the MLOps lifecycle is a plus.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, translate them into data science projects, and drive discussions to deliver impactful solutions.
Communicate findings and results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear documentation, presentations, and reports.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and e-commerce trends, and incorporate them into our practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or advanced degree , Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
0-4 years of proven experience in data science roles within consumer tech companies, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong proficiency in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data manipulation techniques.
knowledge in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Familiarity with MLOps practices is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, along with experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e. g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges using data-driven methodologies
