Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Model Development:
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business needs.
Develop and optimize algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Data Analysis and Preprocessing:
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Develop data pipelines and maintain data quality for model training and evaluation.

Integration and Deployment:
Integrate machine learning models into existing systems and applications.
Deploy models in production environments and monitor their performance.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies that can enhance our solutions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product
managers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document model development processes, code, and methodologies.
Prepare reports and presentations on model performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
