Role & responsibilities

Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Handling cash and updating entries in Tally.
• Entries for vendor invoice (Purchases, Direct & Indirect Expenditure).
• Handling all the types of Reimbursement process.
• Reconciling bank statements had to be done on a daily basis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas to create and manage complex spreadsheets for reporting purposes
• Need to verify and prepare the TDS & TCS returns.
• Preparation of GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B.
• Reconciliation of Credit Card Statement.
• Preparation of Purchase and Sales Order in Tally.
• Need to do the payment process of all the administrative & marketing related at Banking portal.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Tally MUST.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of total work experience (No Freshers please).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel MUST
