Sales Force Automation (SFA) Controller

Key Responsibilities

1. SFA System Management:
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SFA tools like Saneforce or similar platforms.
• Ensure smooth integration of SFA systems with other business applications, such as CRM, ERP, or analytics tools.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and updated databases, including sales targets, performance metrics, and customer profiles.
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales performance analysis and decision-making.
3. User Training and Support:
• Train sales teams on the effective use of SFA software and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
4. Commercial Excellence:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align SFA strategies with commercial excellence goals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales force effectiveness (SFE) metrics, such as call rates, coverage, and productivity.
• Propose process improvements to enhance sales team performance and customer engagement.
5. Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all SFA processes.
• Monitor data security and confidentiality in line with company standards.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with IT, sales, and operations teams to identify and resolve challenges in the sales automation workflow.
• Support strategic initiatives, such as territory alignment, incentive planning, and resource allocation.
