Risk Manager

Summary:

The incumbent will play a key role in identifying, assessing and mitigating the operational risks that could impact the organizations operations, reputation and financial stability. The role involves maintaining a robust risk management framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting to Exchange for margin reporting for all exchanges (NSE & BSE).
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting to Exchange for segregation and allocation reporting for all exchanges.
• Complete understanding of BOD and EOD process and CTCL (Greek Soft).
• Monitoring online the open position limits at Firm level and Client level provided by exchange to avoid violation at near and far months limits.
• Undertaking surveillance on clients position risks.
• Making margin calls with RM / Branch / Franchisee.
• Liquidation of Clients Portfolio on failure to pay margins.
• Liquidation of Client's Portfolio during the expiry of the contract.
• Handling Corporate Manager of NEAT and BOLT.
• Setting up the limits of all the Proprietary traders as per Approval Memorandum approved by Credit Committee.
• Following up with Exchange.
• Generating and maintaining daily MIS.

Competency and Skills requirement:

• Expertise in Proprietary Risk Management.

• Expertise in Market and Operational Risk Management.

• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations of CM, Equity and Currency Derivatives.
