2. ROC filing like Annual Filing & XML filing and all other compliance related filing
3. Secretarial Audit and listing related compliance.
4. Intellectual property related work like Trade mark registration, Objection preparation, Patent file creation and some copy right works
5. Preparation of resolution, minutes, explanatory statement, notice, agenda & papers
6. Maintaining Statutory Registers
7. Statutory registrations & licenses like FSSAI, DPCC, others
8. FEMA related works like FC-GPR, FC-TRS etc and international laws
9. Legal drafting like NDA, SLA & petition preparation work.
10. Setup exposure from Concept to Commissioning.
11. Investment Banking Exposure
Education
- Any graduate in any specialization
- CS (company secretary Executive pass or professional pass)
