Job Description
- Project Accounting: Expert knowledge of project-based accounting practices, such as percentage completion method for inventory booking and revenue recognition.
- Billing Process/Accounts Payable: Proficiency in handling the bill passing process, including verification of bills, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, expert knowledge and deep understanding of RA bills passing and managing the certification process for payments; including handling subcontractor payments of real estate companies.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records, bill verification and compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Taxation: Understanding of relevant tax laws, including GST, TDS
- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Expertise in maintaining accurate financial records, & ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Bank Reconciliation: Experience in reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Accounting Software: Experience of maintaining books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
- Microsoft Excel: Good skills in Excel for managing financial data and performing reconciliations.
