MEP - Foreman - Building Construction - Gurugram (At Site)

Role & responsibilities :

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and execute the installation, repair & maintenance of plumbing, electrical & mechanical work.

2. Maintain proper labour force to complete the specified work

3. Assist the site engineer in technical ongoing work.

4. Calculate the material requirement for a particular job.

5. Prepare daily work reports & manpower reports.

6. Ensure the execution of work as per drawings & specifications and ensure the quality of work.

7. Understanding the drawing discrepancies, if any.

8. Control the work execution of wastage material.

9. Coordinate with store to issue materials on time.

10. Prepare requisition for materials in advance.

11. Supervise the work in installing, repairing, or maintaining electrical systems, including electrical wiring, conduits, transformers, lighting, switches, breakers, fuses, power lines, junction boxes, pumps, panels and motors etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be technically competent and have worked in Townships / Plotted Development work.

Must have good understanding of the drawings and operate survey instrument.

Candidate should be 10+2 or ITI Diploma in Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical
